Community Justice Programs

These programs are funded by the Ministry of the Attorney General and are intended for minor offenders diverted from the normal trial process. Clients referred from other sources, including self referrals, also attend these programs and are required to pay a fee of $150.00 for each online program from any location, or $250 for our 10-session+1 Intensive Anger Management Program.

When registering please follow these steps:

1. Please register using the Apply Online button. 
2. Contact our intake worker at 416-304-1974 x 209 or by email at deleone.downes@salvationarmy.ca  to complete the application process and be assigned a program date and time 

Note: We are available by phone Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 4:30 pm Eastern Standard Time

Also please note:

• All programs are delivered online only.
• Missing a scheduled class without approval may result in removal from the course and/or being placed in the next available session (if possible).
• We cannot accept walk-ins at our office. To meet with someone in-person, please call or email for an appointment.
