Community Service Order Program
The Salvation Army Correctional & Justice Services believes that all people are capable of positive change. We partner with the Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services (MCSCS) to facilitate client completion of Community Service Order (CSO).

The case manager meets individually with clients in their Probation Officer's office to assess suitability for community supervision and obtain an appropriate placement for the client. Client skills, interests and dignity are considered carefully when securing a community placement. Case managers monitor the client's participation in the program by monthly updates from the placement and contact with the client. Throughout the process, case managers have regular contact with the probation and parole officer to provide support to the client, both emotionally and spiritually.

Please note that we can only supervise those who are ordered by the courts through a probation order to complete community service hours.
